Whether it's sipping on cooling mint tea, practicing deep breathing, going for a walk outside, doing gentle stretching, or yoga - these breaks aren't just pauses; they're active investments in your creative energy.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

Share your challenges and victories, but remember - your creative path is uniquely yours. Create what I call 'celebration circles' where you can share work without the pressure of comparison.
